Mgr. Marcela Nýčová

I have been working in special education for almost twenty years. This field of education is what fulfills me both professionally and personally. A significant and formative part of my professional journey was leading the Special Nursery School at the Jedličkův ústav for children with multiple disabilities, especially those with ASD and developmental dysphasia, for thirteen years.

I believe that every family deserves support that takes into account their unique situation and real needs. For this reason, I decided to help families with children in private practice, which allows more time, flexibility, and individualized care.

How it works?

Initial Consultation

An initial consultation for new clients, which can be booked by phone, via e-mail (marcela@calmigodetem.cz), or through the contact form. During the meeting, we will talk about your current situation and any concerns you may have. We will take a more in-depth look at your child’s medical and developmental history, including developmental milestones, completed professional assessments, and current services or therapies. Based on this information, I will propose recommendations. If you decide to continue working with me, we will plan the next steps together.

The parent is required to sign an informed consent form in accordance with GDPR regulations.

I recommend attending the initial consultation without the child present, so the parent can speak openly and the conversation does not cause unnecessary stress or emotional discomfort for the child, unless agreed otherwise.

Introductory Lesson With the Child

A trial lesson with the child, during which a special education assessment is carried out and the areas requiring individual support are evaluated. All activities take place in a playful and child-friendly way. During the session, I observe multiple developmental areas, including fine and gross motor skills, social skills, communication abilities, visual and auditory perception, laterality, and graphomotor skills.

Based on the findings, I prepare an individualized development plan tailored to the child’s needs, including practical recommendations for home activities.

Follow-Up Lesson – “Individual MIX”

Follow-up sessions based on the proposed individual plan, which I create by combining various concepts and therapeutic approaches to best suit the child’s needs and support effective progress in both development and emotional well-being. The session may focus on speech and language prevention, auditory perception, rhythm activities, and overall psychomotor development. I also incorporate elements of neurodevelopmental stimulation, RMTi, the Handle approach, sensory stimulation, and bilateral integration.

Parent Intervention Consultation

A consultation with the parent, recommended when needed — ideally after two to three months of regular cooperation.

Together, we evaluate the effectiveness of the individualized development plan and determine further steps.

Cancellation Policy – If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, please inform me as soon as possible (no later than 24 hours in advance). In the case of late cancellation, 50% of the agreed session fee will be charged. If the session is not cancelled in advance, 100% of the fee will be charged.

Important Information – Please ensure that only children without signs of acute illness (such as fever, cough, runny nose, or vomiting) attend the sessions. This helps us protect the health of everyone involved. We will be happy to arrange an alternative session date.

PhDr. Marija Revická, Ph.D.

She currently works as an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Education, Charles University in Prague, and at Ambis University.
She collaborates with schools, providing consultations in the field of special education support for both teachers and teaching assistants.
Her professional focus is primarily on the education and rehabilitation of children and adults with physical and multiple disabilities. She has more than twenty years of experience in education, therapy, and support for this target group. In her current practice, she most often works with children with developmental dysphasia, motor difficulties, and sensory processing disorders.
She is the author and co-author of more than forty professional publications and regularly presents at national and international conferences.

Mgr. Aneta Vodvárková

She studied special education and andragogy and has been working for several years in the field of education and support for children, especially those with special educational needs. She gained most of her experience in a special nursery school, where she worked for six years.
She is also a lecturer and works with both educators and parents on topics related to special education.
In her practice, she supports children with special educational needs through individual consultations as well as group activities.
Her main areas of focus include neurodevelopmental stimulation. She works with the Maxík program and, in group activities, with her own programs Preschool Express and Senses in Motion.

Marcela Novotná, Dis.

She has been dedicated to working with and supporting children for nearly 25 years. She has worked in kindergartens, special schools, as well as at a conservatory for students with visual impairments. She continuously expands her professional expertise through suitable therapeutic and personal development courses.
